Return Procedure

Next, submit your return request using the required return method
After that, send the item back securely in its original packaging
Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item before moving forward with the refund.
Refund Process
After inspection, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. However, please allow up to 14 working days for processing. Once we complete the refund, we will send a confirmation email for your records.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases where we deliver a defective or incorrect item.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 1 day of placement to receive a full refund, including shipping costs. However, cancellations requested after this period may not qualify for a full refund.
Custom Orders Refund Policy
Because we create customized or personalized orders according to specific customer requirements, we do not offer refunds on custom orders.
